1.4. Return Shipping

5. Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund of the shipping fees.

Lost Returns: HairFusion.uk is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Refunds for Personal Dislike: We do not offer refunds if you don’t like the product. If your item is faulty or damaged, please send photos of the damage to our support team.
