1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty or damaged)

1.3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on HairFusion.uk.

  2. Navigate to the Orders section and select the order you wish to return.

  3. Submit a return request, including the reason for the return.

  4. Wait for our customer service team to review your request. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval status and further instructions.

1.4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

2. Refunds

2.1. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

2.2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will cover the cost of the product only. Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the loss in value.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the product you received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us at help@hairfusion.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

  2. Contact us immediately at help@hairfusion.uk with photographic evidence of the issue.

  3. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund, including the return shipping costs.

5. Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund of the shipping fees.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information at the time of placing an order.

  • Address Confirmation: Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. HairFusion.uk will not be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.

6. Additional Information

  • Lost Returns: HairFusion.uk is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

  • Refunds for Personal Dislike: We do not offer refunds if you don’t like the product. If your item is faulty or damaged, please send photos of the damage to our support team.

  • Return Monitoring: We monitor all returns to prevent misuse. Customers with excessive returns may have their return rights reviewed or revoked. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if needed.
