We provide tracked shipping for all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that courier delays, especially during busy times, are out of our control and may affect the delivery time of your order.

We offer free standard delivery for orders over £30 and free next-day delivery for orders over £60 in the UK. Next-day delivery will only be an option at checkout if it’s available when you order.

ORDER TRACKING

We track every order and will send you a tracking number so you can follow your product from shipment to delivery.

If you have any problems with your tracking, please email us at info@hairfusion.uk, and we will assist you.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER?

When you make an order on hairfusion.uk, we will send you a confirmation email. Our team will process your order within 48 hours and then send it to our nominated carriers. You will receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any time.

HOW DO I RETURN?

To start a return request, please read the information below and go to the order section in your account.

We can only process returns that are submitted through your account.

You will receive an email letting you know if your return is approved or not, along with our returns policy and next steps.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Here is our return policy:

  1. Return Request Timeframe: Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Eligibility for Return: We can only accept returned makeup items if they are unopened and unused.
  3. Return Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the return shipping charges. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Refund Processing Time: Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and inspected. However, we will inspect your return within 14 days of receipt. Moreover, during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
  5. Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. However, refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear back in your account after being issued.

RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS 

Hair Fusion’s policy regarding orders returned to us due to incorrect address input by the customer is as follows:

  1. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable: If your order is returned to Hair Fusion because of an incorrect address, you will not get a refund for the shipping fee.
  2. Customer’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address you provide is correct and up to date. Hair Fusion is not responsible for returns caused by mistakes in the address you give.
  3. Double-Check Your Address: Before you complete your order, please double-check your address. Hair Fusion is not responsible for any delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information.

EXCHANGES 

You can exchange your item for another Oil if it meets our return rules above. Please note, we can only offer one exchange per order.  Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different shade.

However, you must request your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Lost Returns: HAIR FUSION is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
  2. Refunds for Personal Dislike: We do not offer refunds if you don’t like the product. If your item is faulty or damaged, please send photos of the damage to our support team.
  3. Return Monitoring: We monitor all returns to prevent misuse. However, customers with excessive returns may have their return rights reviewed or revoked. Plus, we can refuse service to anyone if needed.
